Return within the 100-Night Trial

Sleep on it! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the device within our 100-night trial window* - you have 100 nights from receiving your item to request a return.

No question asked – you can return your product for any reason within this period. To be eligible, the item must be in good condition, in its original packaging, and include the device, charger, and manual. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Without these, refunds or exchanges will not be processed.

How to return?

To initiate a return, please use our contact us form, and we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package (Returns are at the customer's expense).

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
